So so friendly and made me feel very at ease on my surgery day! Spoke very calmly and eased my nerves. Very professional and informative when doing my pre surgery mark ups and talks. He also made sure to see me when waiting for theatre and asked me how I was feeling. I understand that he is a very busy person, however, I think this care would’ve been improved if I could’ve seen him after my surgery to give me a run down of everything.

I was very anxious leading into everything, as I had to show my chest, which gives me deep dysphoria. But, Mr Hobbs couldn't have possibly been more patient, understanding and kind. He naturally provides an atmosphere that is reassuring and safe, he makes every interaction feel as if you have all the time in the world - no rush. He sincerely listens to your wants, needs, and concerns. And as if he wasn't brilliant enough already, my results are incredible. I tried to manage my expectations leading into it, that I may not get the exact 100% ideal results that I want. But if everything could have gone perfectly, that would be the results I have right now. He is a pure hearted good person and I am so grateful for how I was treated under his care.
